It’s my honour to introduce another young, devoted & energetic volunteer Ankita Gahlot, who teaches flyover kids with extreme passion and commitment. She explains about herself “I am mostly defined by 2 words:HELPFUL and HARDWORKING.I belong to a middle class family who is always successful in fulfilling all my dreams. But along with this, I was always taught to live a simple life.”
With eyes glittering with energy, Ankita elaborates that Being a daughter of a fireman, the trait of helping others had always been in her blood. Ankita wants to follow her father’s footsteps and make people’s life better and thanks BLUE PEN for providing her a platform for the same.
When asked about reason for her commitment at such young age to work for social causes, Ankita reasons out “My father was a fire fighter and being in this field, he devoted his entire life in saving people’s life. He was regarded fearless among his colleagues. Since my childhood I have been seeing his brave works and a strong desire to help children walk an educated path in life.
Ankita carries on conversation further,”If someone ask me why I joined BLUE PEN, I would simply answer by saying that it is my passion to help people and BLUE PEN is an organization which influence young minds. According to my knowledge, there are around 7 billion in this World and if I can be a good influence on those other 7 billion people other than just me, than I think it would be a better use of my life-NOT ALL OF US CAN DO GREAT THINGS BUT WE CAN DO SMALL THINGS WITH GREAT LOVE.”
BLUE PEN has already announced ongoing “INTERNSHIP PROGRAM” for Students of all Levels during these summer vacations. We are getting lot of queries regarding internship. This Certificate will be important for International/Domestic Admissions/Jobs for youngsters, as it certifies their commitment towards Social Causes. Two month Internship helps in connecting younger generation with ‘Real India at grassroots level’
