Friends, let me introduce Tughlaqabad slum kid Himanshu. It was amazing to find all tables up to 12 duly mugged up by this Young kid of class 2nd, in just one week. He studies in Govt school at Gali no 6, Tughlaqabad. His father is Tailor and mother irons clothes for living. He has one sister and four brothers. His favourite food is Daal Chawal and game is ‘nariyal pani game’ (throwing stone inside coconut shell and running like baseball. Himanshu wants to become doctor and he dreams about helping needy by donating money, one day. His favourite subject is Maths and favourite character is Mowgli )of serial Jungle Book). We aspire to help in realising dreams of more slum kids of like Himanshu.
Our schedule ‘every Sunday’: 930-1030AM (Munirka and IIT Flyover kids, in parallel), 11-12PM Nizamuddin, 1230-130PM (Kalkaji Temple Parking Slum and Nehru Place Flyover, in parallel)-230-330PM (Tughlaqabad Slum)-4-5PM (Sangam Vihar Slum kids)
